Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and motivate a team of insurance sales producers to achieve sales goals.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and expand market share.
- Monitor team performance, set individual targets, and conduct regular performance reviews.
- Provide ongoing coaching, training, and development opportunities for the sales team.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to adjust sales strategies as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and insurance regulations.
- Collaborate with the marketing and customer service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Resolve escalated customer issues and complaints effectively.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales management, preferably within the insurance industry.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to make informed decisions.
