Our client located in Greater Chicago Area is looking for a Full Charge Bookkeeper with QuickBooks experience.
The position will work very closely with the Accounting Manager and handle multiple sets of books.
Responsibilities:
- Certified Pro Advisor (QuickBooks)
- Expert level Excel
- Processing and paying invoices in a timely manner
- Bank reconciliations and credit card reconciliations
- Reconcile health insurance bills
- Perform data entry with high level of accuracy
- Display strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of accounting files
- Scan, file, store, and manage records of information
- Serve as backup for payroll and human resources
- Various other projects as assigned by manager
Degree preferred.
