Position Overview:
The Business Analyst position has multiple key purposes including managing the department budget, departmental special projects and efforts, and helping to spur Modesto's economy and improve the business climate in coordination with the Economic Development Division. The position is charged with coordinating with all divisions within the Department to prepare the budget as well as ongoing management of the budget; assisting or leading the recruitment of business prospects and assisting them through the City's processes.
Key Qualifications:
The successful candidate must possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, as well as strong analytical and organizational skills, and work well independently, with partners, and in a team environment.
