Insight Global is looking for an Accounting Manager to join a leader in the Manufacturing/Packaging Industry. This person will report to the Director of Finance while overseeing a team of 5 people. There is an emphasis on streamlining processes and helping build a team that operates as efficiently as possible.
Main Responsibilities Include:
- General accounting functions and ensuring the team operates both accurately and timely.
- Oversee AP/AR processes.
- Ensure all team deadlines are met and help drive continuous improvement.
- Maintain GAAP compliance.
Skills and Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in Accounting.
- 4+ years of managerial experience.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and MS Suite.
- Experience with Blackline General Ledger.
- Skilled in analyzing data in Excel.
- Experience with process improvements - CPA or CMA certified.
- ERP implementation experience.
