We also offer a variety of services for our Support Center employees! Prepare and analyze monthly store level P&L reconciliations and provide general accounting support for store related functions:
- Prepare journal entries, including accruals and reclasses, for both P&L and balance sheet
- Analyze monthly consolidated income statement fluctuations
- Review monthly P&L expenses allocated to store back-office systems
- Prepare balance sheet reconciliation documentation and reconcile accounts
- Compile monthly store P&Ls, explaining fluctuations based on predetermined parameters
- Communicate/Reconcile P&Ls with Managing Partners, resolving any additional questions relating to these store level financials
- Effectively communicate financial information to nonfinancial field partners, operating as their primary point of contact
- Consistently apply innovative thinking to transform and automate internal processes
- Complete special projects/tasks, both for field-facing initiatives and internal
- Operate in a detail-oriented and dynamic team environment
