Job Description
We are seeking full-time analysts capable of applying managerial, technical, and business knowledge and judgment to DoD Business Operations for complex weapon systems.
Qualified candidates must be capable of:
- Performing EVM reporting and analysis to prepare reports for senior leaders to provide status updates or request programmatic decisions.
- Conducting integrated baseline reviews to gauge health and status of program contracts.
Specialized related knowledge:
- Ability to work within a team to resolve issues and present solutions to senior leadership.
- Ability to work independently or lead a team to resolve issues and present solutions to senior leadership.
- Ability to review and assess the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), Cost Performance Report (CPR), and Integrated Program Management Report (IPMR).
- Documenting issues and providing alternatives.
- Understanding database design and functionality.
- Assisting in independent estimates at completion and the review of EMV guidance compliance.
- Assisting in updating and implementing policy guidance and recommending updates.
- Development of internal integrated program management training packages.
- Analyzing and interpreting EVM Data provided by contractors to ensure compliance.
- Preparing briefings for various stakeholders.
- Participating in Integrated Baseline Reviews.
- Assisting programs and the DCMA in the conduct of EVMS joint surveillance.
- Providing daily supervision and direction to support teams.
- Established knowledge of Excel and MS Office product suite.
Qualifications
Client requires candidates to have an:
- Active US Security Clearance (Secret, TS, TS/SCI).
- BA/BS in a related field and 5 years of experience, or
- MA/MS in a related field or 3 years' experience.
