Are you a dynamic and analytical finance professional with a passion for driving business success through insightful financial analysis? We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join the team of our top client! If you are an experienced finance expert with a keen eye for detail and a knack for solving complex problems, we want to hear from you. This position offers a hybrid remote schedule, with only 3 days per week required in the office. This position is eligible for a generous bonus package with an expected payout of $17-20K.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Analysis and Modeling: Create sophisticated financial models to evaluate business initiatives, analyze cost estimates, and forecasts. Independently handle complex financial issues and assignments, developing innovative approaches to problem-solving. Evaluate key business performance, projects, and investments, recommending strategies for improvement.
- Forecasting and Planning: Contribute to the annual planning process and ongoing quarterly forecasts. Own and validate multi-year financial forecasts for revenue, operating expenses, asset, and cash flow. Develop strategic reporting for senior leadership, providing valuable financial and performance insights.
- Data Analysis and Business Strategy: Analyze data to recommend options for improving business performance and aligning with our strategic goals. Conduct ad hoc and periodic evaluations to assess profitability of product lines and distribution channels. Provide guidance and support for financial development and growth of the team.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years related work experience in financial analysis.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Economics.
- MBA preferred.
- CPA, CFM, CMA, or other financial designation preferred.
- Experience in the financial services industry a plus.
