As a
Senior Financial Analyst – National Accounts, you will support the business leaders in providing strategic and financial insights that lead to the achievement of financial and business goals. You are responsible for providing analytical support for key requirements as well as assisting with the creation of complex financial models, research and analyses of trends, leading indicators, and business statistics. In addition, the Senior Financial Analyst performs research and leverages internal and external data to provide input for business case development.
What You’ll DoHere’s what you can expect on a typical day:- Business Partnering: You will help your business unit partners in National Accounts – Benefits & Time identify and manage KPIs, and provide insight around expense metrics, drivers, actual performance, current outlook, and long-term projections.
- Financial Analysis: You will perform financial analyses as it relates to operating expenses, business plans, and other business metrics used for reporting and decision support.
- Learn: You will continually enhance your knowledge and skills, including metrics specific to your business unit while also understanding and maintaining the common analytical framework around ADP expenses. Exploring the “what”, “why” and “so what” around drivers.
- Model Building: You will build out and enhance financial models to ensure we are always evolving our processes. This may include maintaining existing models or a complete rebuild of a model that no longer produces reasonable outputs.
- Strategic Planning and Initiatives: Supports Finance leadership in assisting management to develop strategies and initiatives to drive growth and margin improvements. Assists in the development of business cases and recommendations on financial strategies focused on business growth/market presence and margin improvement.
- Experience: You have 4+ years of experience in relevant FP&A and Excel financial modeling skills, gained and developed in a Financial Analyst, Senior Financial Analyst, or similar role.
To Succeed In This Role- Advanced Excel experience, including VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, and Index Match. Experience with Hyperion, Oracle, or similar tools would add comfortability in the role.

- Proven ability to work well both independently and within a team environment, understanding when best to collaborate to achieve optimal results.
- Ability to dive-deep and take complete ownership of complex projects and handle competing priorities.
- Ability to think critically and work within set guidelines, but also able to work within the “gray area” when historical trends do not produce reasonable results or projections.
- Self-starter who possesses a high degree of intellectual curiosity and has a passion for continuous process improvement, leveraging existing technology, and digitization opportunities.
- You’ll have a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent.
