- Serve as a collaborative business partner to the branches
- Strategically identify pathways to enhance profitability
- Collaborate closely with Branch Support Account Executives
- Analyze and discuss financial reports with Branch Managers and their designated Account Executives
- Compile monthly financial statements for branches
- Perform accounting entries on a limited basis
- Fulfill additional responsibilities as assigned
Supervisory Responsibilities: This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance - Required
- Experience in the mortgage industry - Preferred
- Consulting background - Preferred
Skillset:
- Approachable
- Excellent logical and critical thinking skills
- Strong communication skills; ability to distill intricate concepts into understandable explanations for individuals without a specialized background in financials
- Comfortable making phone inquiries and seeking out information
- Tech savvy
- Experience with Power BI - Preferred
