We are seeking a dynamic, energetic, people-process-technology-oriented business analyst with solid experience in Workday Finance. As the Workday Finance Business Analyst, you will play a key role in the strategic development, enhancement, and support of our Workday Finance solutions. This role will help create Workday Finance solutions, provide operational support for our Workday Finance end users, and lead the delivery of Workday Finance solutions.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a liaison between the business, IT, and the WCOE Finance team.
- Gather the business requirements needed for system modifications, enhancements, and implementation of WCOE Finance solutions.
- Organize and lead projects centered around WCOE Finance solutions.
- Partner closely and develop strong relationships with ACCT / FIN and IT stakeholders.
- Understand the function of all WCOE Finance solutions, integrations, and how they are used by Caliber teammates.
- Manage customer relationships and expectations by maintaining a communication process to keep others up to date on the project results.
- Configure, manage, and support WCOE Finance solutions.
- Design and build reports, dashboards, etc. in Workday.
- Perform and assist with testing of WCOE Finance solutions.
- Provide advisory support on business processes related to WCOE Finance.
- Discover and anticipate future needs and align Workday Finance to those needs.
- Identify innovative ways to increase customer satisfaction.
Summary Of Qualifications
- 3+ years as a Workday Finance analyst
- 3+ years of Workday report development
- 3+ years of Workday implementation/support experience
- Strong understanding of Workday Finance and Accounting capabilities
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills
- Solid understanding of various financial business processes
- Integration experience in enterprise application systems
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and product/project management skills
- Familiarity with change management principles
