Key Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable
- Complete monthly bank reconciliations
- Compile and send quarterly financial statements to lenders
- Maintain collection files
- Support the Accounting Department as needed
Required Skills/Abilities
- Strong attention to detail
- Integrity and transparency
- Ability to communicate effectively with different groups
- Problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage time and workload successfully
- 2+ years Excel, Outlook, and data entry required
- Accounting and/or A/R experience preferred
