Key Responsibilities

Process accounts payable
Complete monthly bank reconciliations
Compile and send quarterly financial statements to lenders
Maintain collection files
Support the Accounting Department as needed

Required Skills/Abilities

Strong attention to detail
Integrity and transparency
Ability to communicate effectively with different groups
Problem-solving skills
Ability to manage time and workload successfully
2+ years Excel, Outlook, and data entry required
Accounting and/or A/R experience preferred
