COMPENSATION: $70/k - $85k/ DOE
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Builds monthly reporting “package” of period and YTD results in collaboration with functional finance leads
- Assists with current fiscal year forecast
- Supports annual budget process in collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Manufacturing, Procurement, Logistics and Human Resources
- Prepares Balance Sheet and Cash Flow financial statements
- Provides visibility into the performance of the Corporate Business Unit (G&A costs)
- Maintains the Company’s Strategic Plan model with periodic updates to volume, pricing, inflation and productivity expectations
- Performs ad hoc business analyses under the direction of the Finance leadership team
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's Degree (required)
- 1-3 years relevant experience
- CPG/Food & Beverage industry background preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an appreciation for polish and an awareness of the audience
- Data management and systems savviness
- A strong quantitative sense and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite
- Advanced excel skills preferred such as creating macros, VLOOKUP, index match, etc.
