Modeling & Simulation Analyst
Radiance is seeking a highly qualified and motivated engineer or scientist to serve as a Modeling and Simulation (M&S) Analyst. The candidate will work on a multi-discipline team and use intelligence data to provide various levels of models based on the foreign system. The project will include modeling and simulation to characterize systems’ effectiveness; and ensuring the overall assessment is consistent with foreign design philosophy and the available intelligence data. The candidate may cover Radar, Missile, C4, or other systems that may be associated with Air Defense Systems.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering or relevant technical field
- Effective interpersonal skills including the ability to collaborate successfully with other internal and external stakeholders
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with an ability to succinctly describe complex technical scenarios in simple, easily understood terms
- Strong analytic, critical thinking, and creative problem-solving skills
Required Experience:
- Active SECRET clearance
- Experience using C, C++, MATLAB, Python, Simulink, or other programming languages.
- Previous experience characterizing foreign weapon systems
Desired Qualifications:
- Active TS/SCI clearance w/ CI Poly
- Experience with system design and trade studies.
- Experience supporting US Government S&TI Centers.
- Previous All-Source analysis experience
