About the role:
As a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager, you’ll partner with the business to provide financial insight and analysis. You’ll lead business planning, forecasting, analysis and presentation to the senior leadership for our US South Operations.
You would support the pellet production operations through identification of risks and opportunities, develop & monitor production plans and use advanced financial modeling skills.
The role would report to the Director, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) and Capital Allocation.
This role requires regular travel (up to 20%) between our sites in the United States to understand and support our pellet operations. However, we are deeply committed to ensuring you have the flexibility you need to do your best work, whether that’s at home or in an office.
Who we’re looking for:
As an ideal candidate, you would have 5 to 10 years of experience in FP&A, having worked in the US South and be well versed with local financial regulations in a manufacturing or related environment. Being a designated accountant and experience in financial planning and reporting systems like Planful, Oracle EPM, Power BI are an added advantage.
A natural communicator, you’ll build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, including non-finance colleagues.
Your expertise in complex financial modeling and Excel are integral for the role. Your ability to independently lead for US South, influence senior leadership and contribute to business efficiency will help you succeed.
