Refresh Mental Health is seeking an M&A Analyst to focus on new practice acquisitions for our company. This individual will provide support for all acquisitions to ensure Refresh Mental Health has a successful closing and integration.
This experience is for a recent graduate seeking a dynamic and well-rounded experience in corporate development with well-defined career advancement opportunities. This is a high-visibility role with our senior management team, and the transactions you work on will significantly accelerate Refresh Mental Health's growth and expand our footprint across the U.S.
Compensation: The pay range for this position is $75,000 to $90,000 per year. Pay is based on several factors, including but not limited to education, work experience, licensure/certifications, etc.
Key Functions:
- Assist in the M&A process with acquisition targets that the company engages.
- Facilitate internal discussions and collateral for key stakeholders in the organization.
- Support Refresh M&A team members at all stages of the M&A process.
- Drive various business development projects for the company.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-year of M&A experience with investment banking, or working on a Corporate development team.
- Self-starter, not intimidated by picking up the phone.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Must be detail-oriented.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook.

- Ability to work with minimal oversight.
- Self-awareness and effective communication with high-level executives.
- Ability to build rapport with internal stakeholders and acquisition prospects.
- Big picture thinker with a high degree of organizational skill and a team player.
