Responsibilities:
- Leads & delivers the analytical work efforts for a dedicated business area or function.
- Utilizes various resources across Analytical Teams; usually within a specific line of business or business discipline (card, call center, digital, etc.).
- Delivers insightful data to be used in driving complex business decisions or processes.
- Identifies opportunities for collaboration across the Analytics organization.
- Communicates with Senior managers and Analytics executives to understand business problems and deliver appropriate summaries and data.
- Performs data lineage for Consumer and Small Business Anti-Money Laundering.
- Consults with data stewards, process owners, and other stakeholders to gather information about current and target state business processes.
- Documents and provides definitions for processes, data models, data quality controls, and data lineage.
- Analyzes information gathered from multiple sources, reconciles conflicts, and abstracts general understanding.
- Assesses and identifies deficiencies against internal policies and standards.
- Collaborates with technology teams and other stakeholders to deliver critical assessments and drive solutions.
- Reviews and provides input to technical solution designs from a business perspective.
- Communicates plans, progress, and risks appropriately to stakeholders.
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years working with multiple databases, data structures, data modeling, and data mapping.
- Bachelors or Masters in business, computer science, system analysis, Information Systems or related field.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work with various stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Strong understanding of Risk Management and Data Management Principles.
Desired Qualifications:
- Familiarity with Consumer & Small Business Banking.
- Understanding or experience with programming in SQL, SAS, Python, or Collibra.

Pay and Benefits:
Pay range: $130,000.00 - $159,300.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education, and skill set. This role is currently benefits eligible.
