Job Overview: Firehouse Subs is on an exciting journey to update our brand’s visual identity to be more distinctive and memorable in the eyes of our consumers. The Sr. Analyst, Brand Graphic Design will be an integral part of the Brand Image team working closely with both the Digital Marketing team and our creative agencies to develop various brand campaign assets.
This individual is responsible for the development and design of digital merchandising, marketing, and promotional communications assets in support of our internal functions. They must establish the strategic, creative, and technical implementation of the Firehouse Subs brand across all customer experiences for web, mobile app, digital advertising, basic animation, email marketing, social media, and interactive displays.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Create and/or translate new or existing digital assets for multimedia and graphics projects, including but not limited to websites, mobile apps, digital advertising, basic animation, email marketing, social media, and interactive displays.
- Manage the internal asset library process and implement strong usage guidelines.
- Communicate with stakeholders to understand requirements and priorities.
- Partner with the larger marketing team and cross-functional internal teams to understand business objectives and ensure high-quality and cohesion across creative deliverables.
- Communicate design decisions and specifications in scalable formats.
- Assist with upholding the Firehouse Subs visual identity across all mediums.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a design-related discipline preferred, such as graphic design or visual communications.
- 2+ years in-house or agency designer experience.
- A portfolio of projects across digital and print.
- A good grasp on typography, color, shape, design, and animation.
- Strong conceptual abilities and ability to originate solutions on-time and on budget.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in team environments.
- Knowledge of print and merchandising design is a plus.
- Expert command of Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator.
