While demonstrating Organizational Excellence, this position will be responsible for:
- Providing leadership to business areas regarding key organizational projects in support of business directed software applications.
- Leadership support for system selection, business case analysis, implementation, documenting policies and procedures, project related training, testing, and troubleshooting applications.
- Assisting in developing and testing business continuity plans, identifying and implementing enhancements, and identifying new technologies that will best meet organizational needs.
- Advancing experience of a business analyst for a financial institution in order to select, install, document, test, and troubleshoot applications.
- Working effectively with vendors to ensure that vendor relations and application support are effectively meeting the needs of the credit union.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Business, or related field is desired.
- Minimum four years of experience in banking, financial services, or related industry.
- 5+ years of technical experience in systems development, requirements development, and/or automated financial systems development, and/or automated systems analysis.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to work cooperatively with internal and external partners to achieve organizational goals and excellent interpersonal relationships.
- A strong track record in successfully leading project teams in the selection and implementation of complex technologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities as well as the ability to complete multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment is required.
- Superb organization skills and keen attention to detail.
- Ability to partner and collaborate with employees at all levels of the organization.
- Must be able to work independently.
