Agility Partners is seeking a qualified Claims Systems Lead Analyst to fill an open position with a Fortune 500 company based in the greater Connecticut area. This role is an exciting opportunity to be the subject matter expert for Claims Systems, providing vital support for internal departments, external clients, and vendors. As the primary associate for new product implementations, complex multi-product and multi-state client implementations, and internal integration efforts, this position offers a dynamic and impactful career path in the healthcare industry.
Responsibilities:
- Define business, technical, and claim data exchange requirements.
- Design solutions and system configurations, create test/use cases, and support associated UA testing.
- Collaborate with internal and external client business operations, IT departments, and QA departments.
- Develop reports, process RFP data requests, provide training, and maintain process/product workflows and documentation.

The Ideal Candidate
- 5-10+ years of healthcare claims life cycle experience, with emphasis in claims system requirements analysis and configuration design.
- Proficiency in Access Database and SQL.
- Experience with MC400.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to perform duties under self-direction and make decisions independently.
