Title: Junior Business Analyst
Location: Fort Worth, TX - Hybrid
Duration: 12 Month Contract
Work Requirements: US Citizen, GC Holders or Authorized to Work in the US
Job Description- Understanding of business systems and industry requirements, and knowledge of systems analysis, architecture concepts.
- Ability to plan strategically for current and future business requirements, to create flexible, scalable solutions.
- Experience managing user stories within an Agile software development process.
- Ability to work closely with developers and quality assurance teams to define use case diagrams.
- Work closely with product owners, stakeholders, and application team to help bridge the gap and elicit requirements.
- Translate conceptual requirements into concise functional requirements and testable User Stories that developers can work from.
- Participate in QA as well as work with stakeholders closely and guide them to ensure UAT is performed.
- Perform/assist with multiple aspects involved in the development lifecycle design, testing, deployments, and production support.
- Provide support and collaborate within a team environment as well as work independently.
- Be a part of a DevOps team that completely owns and supports their product.
Skillset / Experience- 2 years of experience understanding business systems, industry requirements, and knowledge of systems analysis and architecture concepts.
- Experience managing user stories within an Agile software development process and collaborating closely with developers and quality assurance teams.
- Ability to work closely with stakeholders to elicit, translate conceptual requirements into functional specifications, and create testable user stories.
