About The Role
You will be taking ownership of delivering Atominvest’s software solutions to both new and existing enterprise clients. As well as being responsible for implementation, you’ll be the primary point of contact for some of the world’s leading alternative investors, driving advocacy and identifying expansion opportunities across our client base. You will be a key member of our commercial team - acting as the face of Atominvest to our customers, and working with all areas of business to ensure clients’ aims are achieved.

Requirements
- University degree in a relevant discipline; Accounting / Finance focus preferred.
- Experience within fund administration and/or private markets preferred.
- Proven interest in pursuing a career in the investments industry.
- Experience in project management and working with enterprise corporate accounts.
- Strong communicator with keen attention to detail.
- An analytical thinker who thrives when coming up with solutions.
- You love a good spreadsheet, your MS excel skills are exceptional.
- You are passionate about providing best-in-class support to customers, and have demonstrated ability to provide consistent high quality responsiveness and overall service.
- You’re a team player, ready to learn and contribute ideas.
- Ambitious and growth minded, you have an entrepreneurial spirit.
What The Job Involves
- Manage a book of business of our enterprise customers, working closely with them and other key stakeholders to deliver their strategic objectives.
- Understand clients' technology, operational infrastructure, fund structure and business vision.
- Drive strategic communication with clients and manage operational deliverables.
- Review risk logs and co-ordinate and communicate incident resolution as necessary.
- Lead training sessions, technical discussions about APIs and integrations, and facilitate business reviews with the client.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for our customers on delivery and implementation of their Atominvest solution.
- Manage the whole customer lifecycle efficiently from implementation to renewal, driving down time to value and ensuring customer requirements are met.
