Job Description
Your Role
The Summer Analyst position is open to rising undergraduate seniors from any field of study. The position will be located in one of four Invesco Real Estate Offices: Dallas, New York City, Newport Beach, and San Francisco. Over the summer, the analyst can expect exposure and experience across all product types in equity, credit, investment, and portfolio management.
What you would be responsible for:
- Helping associates within transactions and investment management with financial modeling (ARGUS and excel models), investment analysis, and portfolio monitoring.
- Completing tasks and projects that aid the groups in carrying out day-to-day and longer-term dealings.
- Assisting in transaction and business execution and the due diligence process for various product types.
- Working on presentations, memoranda, research, and new business opportunities.
Experience you bring:
- Must be pursuing a Bachelor’s degree and graduating summer 2026 with a minimum GPA of 3.2 on a 4.0 scale.
- Demonstrated interest in finance, economics, and capital markets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong analytical/quantitative and technical abilities, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
- Strong leadership, initiative, and interpersonal skills; entrepreneurial and creative mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
- High energy with an ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
