Minimum Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years in revenue cycle management experience required.
- Minimum of 2 years of management experience.
- Strong understanding of Revenue Cycle Operations in a healthcare setting and/or demonstrated relevant knowledge.

Position Summary
The Revenue Cycle Operations Manager will be responsible for implementing and overseeing revenue cycle policies and procedures in the hospitals and ASC’s. This position will provide strategic leadership to their assigned facilities in all areas relating to revenue cycle management including advising, executing training and developing facility revenue cycle leadership; defining tactical objectives and process improvement initiatives; and providing analytical review combined with measurement tools to ensure success. This position may have direct reports to mentor, direct and guide.
Position Responsibilities
- Work with internal and external resources to ensure that all processes, people, and software tools are being utilized to yield the most accurate recognition of net revenue and to ensure that the A/R is healthy and meets established KPI’s and SLA’s.
- Help implement standardized revenue cycle systems for use with acquisitions or De Novo facilities.
- Ensure that all Policies and Procedures are communicated, trained, and implemented.
- Challenge the best practices and seek opportunities to drive process improvements.
- Ensure that internal resources have the information necessary to ensure the integrity of our net revenue.
- Be proactive and strategic in directing the overall revenue cycle success.
- Facilitate regular scheduled meetings to report performance, concerns, training, and improvement plans with key stakeholders.
- Develop and implement action plans to address and improve deficiencies in process and performance as identified.
- Collaborate with on-site resources of ASC’s and hospitals.
- Participate in providing comprehensive, succinct updates to PSN leadership in order to drive awareness of any support requirements and/or risks that could impact revenue cycle.
