A law firm in Fort Worth is seeking an Insurance Associate Attorney with 1-3 years of 1st and/or 3rd party property insurance coverage experience. The ideal candidate must possess excellent academic credentials, legal abilities, and skills, along with strong writing and research capabilities.
Duties:
- Represent clients in insurance coverage disputes related to 1st and/or 3rd party property insurance.
- Conduct legal research and analysis on insurance laws, regulations, and case precedents.
- Draft legal documents, including complaints, motions, briefs, and appeals.
- Assist in all phases of litigation, including discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation.
- Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and internal team members.
- Provide legal advice and counsel on insurance coverage matters to clients.
Requirements:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the State Bar of Texas in good standing.
- 1-3 years of experience practicing law with a focus on insurance coverage.
- Strong understanding of insurance law, particularly 1st and/or 3rd party property insurance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Education:
