Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- Computer Skills: MS Office Suite with EXCEL, QuickBooks, SAGE 100/300, Timberline
- Min 2 yrs exp
Responsibilities:
- Maintain up to date and active Tradesman Licenses, Certificates and Insurance
- Management of Accounts Payable
- Receive vendor bills and submit for approval
- Job Costing Labor, Material and equipment
- Track, maintain and enter in house and temporary employee timesheets via QuickBooks and submit payroll
- Credit card reconciliations
- Weekly Payables Report (Excel Spreadsheet) for President
- Revenue vs Expenses on a job and budget percentages
- A/R – posting payments and invoicing job
