Join the Haga Kommer team as a Senior Tax Accountant in the accounting/tax department at our Fargo office and be part of a leading firm of Certified Public Accountants and business advisors. We are seeking motivated and passionate individuals with a strong work ethic and positive attitude to assist in serving our clients and join our Fargo tax team.

Responsibilities:
- Preparing corporate, partnership, individual, trust or estate tax returns
- Reviewing returns prepared by staff and providing training
- Communicating with clients as a trusted advisor regarding tax preparation, planning and complex tax issues
- Corresponding with taxing authorities regarding tax notices
- Performing research and being the contact person for the IRS on a client's behalf
- Accounting services for tax clients
- Financial statement preparation and compilation engagements
Qualifications:
- CPA license or EA Certification
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a related field
- 5+ years of experience
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple client engagements
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Ability to effectively delegate work as needed
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong analytical, research and critical thinking skills
- Attention to detail
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
