Our client is a boutique real estate development firm seeking an Assistant Property Manager for their prominent downtown property in commercial real estate. This person will report to the General Manager and key responsibilities include:
- Leading Property Management and Maintenance teams to prioritize customer satisfaction
- Managing customer relationships and addressing real estate needs
- Coordinating property tours and overseeing event programming
- Supporting amenity engagement and corporate objectives
- Developing team members and setting career advancement goals
- Developing annual budgets and capital plans
- Handling financial reporting and investor communications
- Managing third-party contractors and overseeing maintenance projects
- Supervising building projects and assisting Property Management as needed
You:
- 3+ years of experience in real estate management, commercial preferred
- Bachelor's degree (preferably in hospitality or real estate)
- Experience handling annual budgets, financial proficiency, and familiarity with Microsoft Office
- Critical competencies include leadership experience, initiative, strong communication, and organizational skills
- A passion for creating exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced environment
