We are seeking an Accounting Associate to join the Firm Operations team. The chosen candidate will work closely with the senior management with the execution of the accounting and finance function while balancing ad hoc projects. Timely execution of financial reporting for operating and investment entities including monthly, quarterly, and annual deliverables is paramount.

Job Responsibilities
- Provide effective financial analysis and management assistance for budgeting, planning, and reporting requirements.
- Assist with the execution of timely, accurate reporting of financials and deliverables to firm management including monthly financials, semi-annual financials, and annual tax and audit deliverables within agreed upon timeframes.
- Assist with the preparation of quarterly and yearly financial statements and investor reporting for all TDP Funds.
- Summarize and communicate information related to the tax position and impact of the various TDP legal entities.
- Analyze and review valuation inputs and calculations.
- Assist with cash management for all TDP and related entities including accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, and disbursements for operating expenses.
- Track and reconcile fund fees and expenses.
- Maintain and track compliance requirements as an SEC Registered Investment Adviser.
- Develop and maintain current knowledge on FASB and GAAP accounting pronouncements relating to private equity.
- Monitor compliance with limited partnership agreements.
- Ensure strict confidentiality with all matters within the role.
- Assist with IT management and execution.
- Provide administrative support when required.
Requirements
- 2+ years of prior accounting & finance within private equity, fund administration or public accounting with a focus on audit or tax of private equity funds
- Prior experience with accounting software, but not required
- Prior experience with tax reporting of private equity funds, but not required
- Advanced in Microsoft Office products
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required, advanced degrees a plus
- CPA designation strongly preferred
