Where is the work:
This position has been designated as a Hybrid work schedule with work performed onsite 3 days each week at our Davidson, NC location.
What you will do:
- Monthly enterprise level closing and consolidations using OneStream
- Maintain corporate consolidation ledgers and financial statement templates
- Work closely and build relationships with all levels of management including reporting entities and other departments (i.e., External Reporting, Tax, Treasury)
- Analyze consolidated results for reasonableness and investigate variances and unusual items
- Preparation of the monthly consolidated financial statements and supporting analyses which may include the Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cash Flow Statement and Shareholders’ Equity Statement
- Support the external auditors in their quarterly reviews and annual audits
- Support the preparation of quarterly 10-Q and annual 10-K filings
- Provide support and analysis for all acquisitions and divestitures from an accounting, systems and process standpoint
- Special projects and ad hoc requests as needed
What you will bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting required
- CPA preferred
- Minimum of five years of accounting or finance experience
- Strong system and computer skills (Microsoft suites, HFM, Oracle experience preferred but not required)
- Strong understanding of generally accepted accounting principles
- A self-motivated, detail-oriented, career-driven individual seeking long-term career growth
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for interactions with reporting entities and other departments
- Exhibit a positive attitude and maintain poise under pressure
- Strong time management skills with the ability to manage several tasks simultaneously
- Ability to build relationships throughout the organization
- Ability to work in a collaborative manner and be a team player
Compensation:
$75,700-100,750Disclaimer: This base pay range is based on US national averages. Actual base pay could be a result of seniority, merit, geographic location where the work is performed.
