We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Finance Analyst. This role will provide data driven analysis and support the Finance organization and Executive leadership throughout the organization.

Location:

This is a Hybrid role based out of our Amerock office in Huntersville, NC, in accordance with the Amerock/Ferguson Flex schedule; 3 days office / 2 days remote.

Responsibilities:

Develop and deliver, and refine ad hoc analysis, financial models, and business cases to support a rapidly changing business environment.
Provide financial analysis, forecast, and insights to aid in decision making and communicate financial results to business leaders and the finance management team.
Provide clear margin analysis at the customer, product, and channel level.
Understand components driving margin (volume, price, and cost).
Support month end report out to business leaders.
P&L Results (sales, margin, and opex).
Forecast update / identify items not visible in the numbers driving the forecast.
Provide financial justification for proposed investments and assess their potential impact on the company’s financial performance.
Help identify opportunities to manage expenses appropriately with sales.
Support data needs for business leaders and finance leaders.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting.
At least 4 years in a FP&A role and 7+ years in the finance field.
Sophisticated knowledge of Microsoft O365 (especially Excel).
Microsoft Power BI experience preferred.
Strong analytical and modeling skills, and comfortable combining multiple data sources.
Effective and professional communicator comfortable presenting to all levels of leadership.
Ability to work in a team environment of hard-working colleagues.
Effectively self-manage schedule, work location (home/office/remote) and competing priorities from multiple internal customers/projects.

Pay Range:

$5,175.00 - $8,433.70

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
