We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Finance Analyst. This role will provide data driven analysis and support the Finance organization and Executive leadership throughout the organization.
Location:
This is a Hybrid role based out of our Amerock office in Huntersville, NC, in accordance with the Amerock/Ferguson Flex schedule; 3 days office / 2 days remote.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver, and refine ad hoc analysis, financial models, and business cases to support a rapidly changing business environment.
- Provide financial analysis, forecast, and insights to aid in decision making and communicate financial results to business leaders and the finance management team.
- Provide clear margin analysis at the customer, product, and channel level.
- Understand components driving margin (volume, price, and cost).
- Support month end report out to business leaders.
- P&L Results (sales, margin, and opex).
- Forecast update / identify items not visible in the numbers driving the forecast.
- Provide financial justification for proposed investments and assess their potential impact on the company’s financial performance.
- Help identify opportunities to manage expenses appropriately with sales.
- Support data needs for business leaders and finance leaders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting.
- At least 4 years in a FP&A role and 7+ years in the finance field.
- Sophisticated knowledge of Microsoft O365 (especially Excel).
- Microsoft Power BI experience preferred.
- Strong analytical and modeling skills, and comfortable combining multiple data sources.
- Effective and professional communicator comfortable presenting to all levels of leadership.
- Ability to work in a team environment of hard-working colleagues.
- Effectively self-manage schedule, work location (home/office/remote) and competing priorities from multiple internal customers/projects.
Pay Range:
$5,175.00 - $8,433.70
This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
