Required Knowledge, Skillsets And Abilities
- Maintaining the billing system
- Generating invoices and account statements
- Performing account reconciliations
- Creating & maintaining accounts receivable files and records
- Producing monthly financial and management reports
- Investigating and resolving any irregularities or enquiries
- Knowledgeable in internet security
- Assisting in general financial management and analysis
- Ability to prioritize and manage expectations
- Keen eye for detail
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to communicate articulately and efficiently with other people within the company
- Other projects and responsibilities as needed
- Preferred Education: Bachelor’s degree in accounting or business-related majors
- Experience: 3+ years in financial accounting with medium size corporations
- Skill Sets: Independent SAP experience, proficient in Excel (Pivot Table, Data Tools, and Dashboards)
- Other duties as assigned
