Part-Time Administrative Assistant in Property Management
A fast-paced, busy property management company is seeking a part-time administrative person to assist our portfolio Property Managers. This is a perfect opportunity to make supplemental income for individuals in the real-estate industry or other related fields. That being said, industry experience is not required.
Responsibilities:
- Send template-based notices and emails.
- Assist with mailings when necessary.
- Assist with answering phones.
- Schedule services with vendors.
Skills and Requirements:
- Must be self-motivated with good customer service skills.
- Be a team player who enjoys helping people.
- Organized, detail-oriented with the ability to multitask.
- High-school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Bilingual candidates are a plus.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs: Word, Outlook, and some Excel.
Competitive hourly rate based on experience.
