Global Accounts Payable Leader (Solventum)

The Impact You’ll Make in this Role:
- Leading the global Accounts Payable team and manage BPO operations
- Developing and implementing the global Accounts Payable strategy
- Determining priorities and performance goals and aligning resources to deliver results and operational excellence
- Supporting the company ERP deployment strategy and ensuring implementation of the AP process and readiness of the AP and BPO teams
- Be the subject matter expert for Accounts Payable and the key contact for Solventum leaders
Your Skills and Expertise:
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND seven (7) years of Accounts Payable operations leadership experience in a private, public, government or military environment
OR
- High School Diploma/GED AND fourteen (14) years of Accounts Payable operations leadership experience in a private, public, government or military environment
AND
In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:
- 5 years of proven leadership and management of global and/or area AP operations teams
- 5 years of experience in SAP based Accounts Payable process
- 5 years of collaborating with and/or managing BPO / Shared Service operations
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
- Master’s degree in finance, accounting, operations management from an accredited institution
- 3-5 years of experience in treasury or finance operations
- 5 years of leading diverse, multi-cultural teams in a private, public, government or military environment
- Skills include cross functional collaboration, attention to detail, data driven decision making, driving transformational change, effective communication
Work location: Remote – United States
Travel: May include up to 20-25% domestic/international
Relocation Assistance: May be authorized

Applicable to US Applicants Only: The expected compensation range for this position is $160,284 - $195,903, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience. In addition, this position may be eligible for a range of benefits (e.g., Medical, Dental & Vision, Health Savings Accounts, Health Care & Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts, Disability Benefits, Life Insurance, Voluntary Benefits, Paid Absences and Retirement Benefits, etc.).
