What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Analyze trends to identify variances and develop reports to assess these variances
- Summarize information, data, and recommendations, and prepare presentation materials
- Present findings and make recommendations to management based on overall analysis
- Create and develop regular and ad-hoc reports, including payor policy analysis and review
- Resolve issues using independent judgment and complete complex/special assignments
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field preferred
- Minimum of 1 year of proven experience as an analyst (revenue cycle, data, financial, business, or related) required
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in PB Revenue Cycle preferred
