Reporting to the Manager, Treasury Strategy & Projects, the Senior Financial Analyst provides financial and data analysis, reporting and decision support to treasury leadership. Key tasks and workstreams include but are not limited to equity grant or long-term incentive plan coordination and administration, treasury data management and reporting, treasury process improvement and automation, and working capital strategy and other strategic treasury initiatives. You will play a critical role in the treasury department, using data and automation to support a top-tier Treasury function.
Senior Financial Analysts work a hybrid schedule spending 50% of time in office at the Lake Forest, IL or Downtown Chicago, IL offices.
You Will
- Manage equity grant coordination and execution facilitating activities related to annual long term incentive plan award granting/vesting including building a document library with Legal and Compliance, receiving and consolidating award files across US and International business units and creating new grants and control data.
- Design and develop interactive and visually appealing Power BI dashboards that consolidate complex datasets into clear, actionable insights. Your work will enable stakeholders to make informed decisions by presenting data trends, key performance indicators, and predictive analytics in an easily digestible format.
- Create and refine financial models that support investment strategies and decisions. This involves analyzing market trends, evaluating financial performance, and forecasting future outcomes to guide investment choices. Your models will be crucial in identifying opportunities, assessing risks, and optimizing portfolio performance.
- Provide Legal, HR, and team member LTIP support and reporting – restricted participant list updates, answering various questions including confirming award details, troubleshooting new member sign in, tax withholding, etc.
- Serve as the lead of treasury data management working closely with the Cash Operations team to validate, classify and record treasury fee data inputs (e.g., Kyriba, FIS, Elavon, credit cards, deposit rates, etc.) and other third-party systems.
- Support treasury team reporting working with the Manager to design and deliver reporting solutions that inform business decisions.
You Have
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or equivalent.
- 3+ years of relevant professional experience.
- Ability to effectively collaborate with the treasury team, cross-functional business team members and external partners.
- Ability to build relationships and influence decision making without having specific authority.
- Strong work ethic, team-oriented and customer-focused.
- Ability to balance and prioritize work on multiple projects.
- Proficiency with data analytics tools and experience working with large data sets.
- Motivation to seek and implement process improvements.
