ANA is headquartered in Henderson, Nevada with locations in Cypress, California and Spartanburg, South Carolina. ANA is growing and scaling and we are seeking a motivated Planner Analyst to join our growing team in an onsite location in Cypress, California.
We are looking for a sharp, analytical, and critical thinker to join our Operations team as a Planner Analyst. The Planner Analyst will be responsible for analysis & planning of the monthly build plan to support established customer commitments while maintaining adequate inventory levels. The Planner Analyst will collaborate with assembly managers to establish capacity output to support the company master assembly schedule. The Analyst will reflect demand changes in our planning systems to ensure high accuracy of supply needs and ensure accuracy in inventory records and item usage history.
The position is fully onsite, and the work schedule is weekdays at 8:00 - 5:00pm.
This role reports to the Planning Manager.
Role & Responsibilities:
- With guidance from the Planning and Inventory Manager, develop production, inventory management, and delivery plans to support both material and finished goods requirements
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including supply chain, finance, sales, and operations, to gather relevant data and insights
- Responsible for the timely release of assembly orders in quantities that supports upper-level demand
- Identify current and potential product shortages, develop, and execute recovery, advise key stakeholders of the status and recovery plans
- Monitor and optimize inventory levels to ensure availability while minimizing excess stock and obsolescence risks
- Identify demand, supply gaps, and propose corrective actions to optimize inventory replenishment and allocation strategies
- Utilize Material Requirements Planning system (MRP) to ensure that data is accurate and up to date
- Thoroughly review and understand existing BOM structures as well as the physical products
- Collaborate with manufacturing and operations teams to assess current capacity constraints and identify future capacity requirements
- Analyze production schedules, lead times, and resource availability to identify potential bottlenecks and capacity shortfalls
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales, demand, inventory, and operational efficiency
- Prepare regular reports and dashboards to communicate performance trends, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders
- All other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- 3-5 years work experience in MPS/MRP planning and/or inventory control
- Proficiency in enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems and planning software. Business Central a plus
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Outstanding planning and organizational skills with ability to change plans on short notice
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

The salary range for this role is $50,000 - 65,000 per year, which serves as a guide for pay decisions. Final compensation will be determined by a number of factors, such as candidate's qualifications, experience, and skills, as well as pay equity considerations.
