Under limited direction, provide support for the Mission Relevant Terrain Cyber Program.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities (*Essential functions)
Perform research and analysis of Army installations and processes to identify essential information flows and single points of failure in cyber terrain supporting critical infrastructure and key resources (CIKR).
- Provide architectural analysis and documentation for existing and planned systems.
- Assist with identification and prioritization of critical systems and business processes to inform risk decisions and resource allocation.
- Create cyber defense plans utilizing technical documentation, DoDAF architecture products, and site assessments.
- Document information in government systems of record to include APMS, eMAAP, eMAAS, and MADSS.
- Provide technical analysis of information technology (IT) and operational technology (OT) within current and planned systems.
- Develop technical reports, presentations, and other documentation to provide leadership with continuous, accurate situational awareness of operational risk.
- Perform on-site inventories, assessments, and validation audits.
- Analyze missions and business processes and prepare detailed workflow process diagrams in Microsoft Visio or similar Army provided application.
- Read and write SOPs, EXORDs, and OPORDs and correlate requirements to subsequent taskings.
- Assist other teams with related efforts as requested.
Required Experience
- Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in related field, or equivalent experience; minimum of 3 related certifications may be used in place of unrelated academic field.
- Minimum of 8 years IT, cyber, or related technical experience including multiple technologies (Platform IT, Enterprise IT, OT, or ICS/SCADA), and multiple applications.
- Ability to obtain/maintain Secret security clearance; US Citizenship required.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Computing Environment certifications.
- Active Secret or Top Secret clearance.
- Direct experience in Army logistics, DoD sustainment operations, or the Army Organic Industrial Base (OIB).
- Hands-on experience with supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) systems, Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), or Manufacturing Operations Management (MOM) systems.
- Experience in Cyber threat assessment and vulnerability analysis.
- Knowledge of DoDAF OV-3, OV-6c, and SV-6 products.
- Experience supporting a 3-star or higher military headquarters staff.
- Knowledge of vulnerability analysis of various security technologies.
