Financial Analyst
Dallas, TX
Compensation: $70-90k + 12% bonus (DOE)
One of Vaco's Fortune 50 clients is looking for a Financial Analyst to join their growing and collaborative team. Ideal candidates will have a background in financial dashboards, budgeting/forecasting and the desire to grow within the role. Open to new grads with strong internship experience.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in financial analyses to measure monthly financial performance, explain variances to budget and forecast along business trends.
- Analyze business performance, evaluate KPIs, trends, market condition analysis within regions and business lines.
- Collaborate with team to develop enhanced analytics.
- Identify areas for streamlining and process improvement.
- Prepare annual budgets and monthly forecast updates.
- Present and explain findings to executive leadership.
Qualifications:
- 1-4 years of financial analysis experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field; MBA is a plus.
- Intermediate Excel required.
- Thorough understanding of P&L, Financial Analysis and business trends.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
