The Senior Financial Analyst provides financial support to Kraton's management teams by ensuring best-in-class financial processes and financial reporting is provided to key internal and external stakeholders; compliance with the required United States Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (US GAAP); driving Kraton’s ability to report reliable and accurate information about the business; and partnering with the commercial and operating teams to derive shareholder value.

Key Responsibilities

Leading the data analysis of shipments, freight, distribution, budget and metrics.
Tracking, measuring, analyzing logistic spend.
Preparation of reports for management to include data analysis of freight, distribution, budget and metrics.
Participation in statistical data preparation for contract negotiations.
Provide analytical support to team members.
Collaborate with associates to improve overall efficiencies, productivity and processes within Supply Chain.
Provide support on special projects (as assigned).
Provide backup for other responsibilities within Supply Chain.

Required Skills

2+ years of Logistics, Supply Chain or Operations related work experience.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Well organized, capable of handling a variety of issues and assignments.
Strong analytical, interpersonal and project management skills.
Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of SAP, BI and logistics systems.

Education, Certifications & Licenses

Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in logistics/transportation or relative experience.
