A day in the life
- Support the growth of the Healthcare revenue cycle automation and analytics functions.
- Design, develop, and maintain innovative and scalable automation solutions.
- Partner with our business leaders to design and implement business metrics and dashboards, with the highest standards of analytical rigor and data integrity.
- Translate ambiguous problem statements into actionable solutions.
- Perform detailed analytical reviews to identify opportunities to improve billing accuracy, accelerate cash collections and/or reduce bad debt.
- Leverage historical data to create forecasting models to maximize financial performance.
- Design and implement metrics dashboards to deepen understanding of AR performance, payment and denial trends.
Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of Excel (including VBA, pivot tables, array functions, power pivots, etc.) and data visualization tools such as Tableau experience
- 3+ years of business or financial analysis experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience defining requirements and using data and metrics to draw business insights
- Experience making business recommendations and influencing stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of healthcare experience, with a strong preference for revenue cycle experience
