National Marketing Manager, Business Insurance
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills and a working knowledge of business line concepts and products
- Prepare and present information, expert skills in Word, PowerPoint, Excel
- Knowledge of CRM and automation platforms capabilities and understand how they are utilized in measurable marketing efforts
- Problem solver while applying new methods and technologies
- Well organized, strong attention to detail, and self-motivated
- Good understanding of relevant digital channels & platforms and knows how to use them to maximize marketing efficiencies
- 5 years of experience or equivalent knowledge in the industry or a B2B environment is required
- Must be willing to further education in applicable areas
- Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis without the need for sponsorship now or in the future
Responsibilities
- As our Marketing Manager on the Business Insurance team, you'll be responsible for researching, developing, and communicating strategic marketing plans to meet the company's goals
- This position will serve as a strategic partner to the business line leader in growing market share and revenue
- They will identify key growth goals and develop marketing campaigns and strategies to achieve those goals
- The Marketing Manager will lead and optimize marketing efforts for company campaigns and collaborate with multifunctional teams to execute them
- This role focuses on strategic marketing and branding to support growth in sales and revenue
- You will communicate and interact with all levels of management, colleagues, and internal customers
- As the Marketing Manager, you will set the annual marketing and communications strategy for the business line which is closely tied to the marketing budget and revenue goals
- You will manage the budget annually, ensuring it is spent wisely and that overspending does not occur
- You will develop and execute strategic marketing plans and programs tied to business objectives with particular focus on campaign strategy and proper identification of target audiences and channels
- This role will work closely with the SVP of Marketing & Communications Strategy to ensure coordinated sales and marketing campaigns and lead generation efforts across all business lines
- Reports to business on results of marketing campaigns (ROMI dashboard)
- Develops subject matter expertise for key aspects of the business line
- Liaisons with sales leadership to ensure coordinated national campaigns and lead generation campaigns
- Works closely with national project coordinator to ensure project flow is seamless and core objectives are clearly defined
- Ensures clear and timely communications with all internal stakeholders
- Collaborates to develop and implement core positioning and messaging to launch and promote new and existing products and services
- Develops & manages the editorial calendar of events and communications for business line with coordination with the MMA master editorial calendar
- Manages internal webinar execution for business line
- Works with other business line marketing managers to minimize/eliminate overlap and competing demands
- Adheres to corporate branding guidelines as approved for the company

- The applicable base salary range for this role is $70,560 to $131,775
- The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements
- In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives
