- Process Refugee Cash Assistance Payments
- Fulfill RCA Debit Card Order Requests
- Prepare Reports
- Communicate with TXOR Partner Agencies
- General Support to TXOR Finance Team
What will you be doing in your role?
- Process RCA Debit Card payments to enrolled clients across the state of Texas.
- Research and resolve payment, invoicing, and other transactional discrepancies.
- Prepare monthly deposit entries and reconcile payment transactions for RCA client payments.
- Prepare weekly reports on RCA Debit Card Payments.
- Maintain close communication with the TXOR leadership team to ensure the preparation, organization, recording data, budgets, and audit requirements are in accordance with the guidelines.
- Complete all necessary documentation to ensure compliance with federal grant requirements and agency quality assurance standards.
- Know and understand partner financial structures, including budget, revenue, expenses and ensure your financial statements reflect accurate data.
- Assist in financial monitoring of partners, in close coordination with the Monitoring and Compliance Specialist and the Finance Manager.
- Continuously seek increased understanding of federal regulations and the potential impact on the State Refugee Coordinator’s Office and partner financial operations.
- Perform and collaborate with the TXOR Finance staff on multiple duties to support the overall agency goal and completion of our CCFW Annual Work Plan.
Are you the next TXOR Staff Accountant- RCA Debit Cards?
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field with two years of experience OR a combination of some education and experience.
- Experience with Microsoft Office: Word, Excel and Outlook
- Experience with Sage MIP and ADP preferred
- High degree of attention to detail.

- Full-time salaried position with a starting range of $48,000- $51,000.
