Job Description
Guide guests through the entire auto repair/maintenance process, advise on costs and options for auto repair service/maintenance/recall work, offer 'specials', and schedule service appointments.
- $55,000 to $90,000 Service Advisor Income! $60,000 Express Advisor Income! Hourly + Commission + Additional Incentives!

Responsibilities
- Guide guests through the entire auto repair/maintenance process, advise on costs and options for auto repair service/maintenance/recall work, offer 'specials', and schedule service appointments.
- Greet guests, answer questions, and follow vehicle status from service bay entry through completion, review completed order with guests and ensure their satisfaction.
- Maintain high CSI score.
Requirements
- Automotive service advisor or technician experience is preferred but not required.
- Good computer, customer service, and communication skills.
- Thrives in a fast-paced team environment.
- A positive attitude and good work ethic.
- Professional appearance.
- Valid driver's license and good driving record.
- Must pass pre-employment background, MVR, and drug screen.
