Job Description
Evident partners with leading companies in the Risk Management and Insurance industries to drive significant value for our clients. We are looking for a Partner Success Manager to work closely with our channel partners and Evident leadership. This role will be responsible for educating channel partners on Evident solutions and showcase their value to our channel partners’ leadership and sales teams, resulting in new business for Evident. The ideal candidate has a bias for action and will excel at building trusted relationships, attending industry and channel partner events, and embedding themselves and expanding our reach as widely as possible within our existing channel partnerships.
Candidates must be based in the U.S., preferably in Atlanta (GA) to be able to work from our Buckhead office at least 3 days a week.
Specific responsibilities include:- Partner Relationship Management
- Evaluate and influence our existing Channel Partner strategy and ecosystem
- Act as the primary point of contact for Channel Partners for all things non-deal related - you will be the face of Evident for your assigned partners
- Conduct regular business reviews with Channel Partners to address performance, issues, and explore new growth opportunities
- Partner Enablement
- Be the Evident Evangelist for our Channel Partners
- Define and execute the Evident Partner enablement programs, focused on training and education
- Provide content, resources, and tools (sales enablement, marketing, product) to our Channel Partners
- Attend Industry and Partner events as an extension of our Channel Partners
- Partner Growth and Retention
- Define and be accountable for growth goals with input and agreement from our Channel Partners
- Act as an expert on our Channel Partners’ business and how Evident can support their goals
- Identify and execute on strategic growth opportunities where Evident can support our Channel Partners
- Advocate for our Channel Partners within Evident (issue resolution, product enhancements, growth opportunities)
Requirements- Bachelor’s degree required
- 6+ years of experience in Partner Success or working with or delivering to external partners - this can be from consulting, technology alliances, channel sales, or partner/customer success
- Risk management and/or Commercial Insurance industry expertise is a plus
- Experience setting and reaching sales targets, directly or through partners, required
- Experience in marketing and selling B2B SaaS strongly preferred
- Ability to travel domestically
