- You deliver and support customers in their complex technical challenges with detailed data and factual analysis (onsite and remote).

YOUR PROFILE
CUSTOMER FACING SKILLS are based on several years of professional experience in:
- Ability to present complex information in a clear and precise manner, with a non-technical audience.
- Excellent presentation skills – ability to create professional presentations, handle proper setup of location, use technical/visual aid, have adequate body language and vocabulary, proactively engage with the customer, and handle questions.
- Ability to capture customer requirements and translate them into software specifications.
SERVICE CONSULTING and DEVELOPMENT SKILLS are based on several years of professional experience in:
- Experience with SAP solutions like S/4 HANA, Business Technology Platform, Business AI scenarios, and Joule.
- It would be advantageous if you also have experience in SAP cloud solutions like for HXM, ISBN, SCM, or CX.
- Experience with Application Lifecycle Management tooling like SAP Solution Manager, SAP Focused Run, or SAP Cloud Application Lifecycle Manager.
- Knowledge of Service Delivery, e.g. Enterprise Support, Preferred Success of Premium Engagement.
- Programming: SQL, ABAP, JAVA, Python, or other languages.
PERSONAL SKILLS
- Fluent English and German is mandatory.
- Master or Bachelor degree or equivalent (Mathematics, Natural Science, Engineering, Computer Science, Informatics).
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Integrity, excellent team player, self-motivated, passionate, and drive for long-term commitment.
- Ability to work well in a multicultural and multinational environment.

Our team is part of the Essential Adoption Services organization. Our overall mission is to build and deliver a scalable experience for our customers powered by insights and embedded automation. Data science, automation in line with the latest technologies such as cloud solutions, is the focus of our team. Our intelligent tools use artificial intelligence, machine learning, and state-of-the-art data analytics to create standards for predictive and results-oriented services. We already use the fully automated tools for more than 125,000 customer systems.
