Position: Development Consultant
SYREN seeks a Development Consultant for a short-term commitment (6-8 months). The candidate should have fluency with Donor Management Platforms (e.g., Zeffy, Bonterra, Kindful, etc.) and will be responsible for leading the search for the correct platform for SYREN and the migration to the chosen platform.
The candidate will also lead a number of Development growth initiatives, including:
- Leading SYREN’s annual appeal to the donor base.
- Identifying capacity and opportunity in the current donor base.
- Fostering more dynamic donor relationships with both current and prospective donors.
This work will take place throughout Spring 2024, during which time the organization will be enjoying the momentum of robust programming and partnerships. SYREN is a women-led Arts Non-Profit in its 21st year of bringing dance and movement to communities all over the world. Time commitment: 6 hrs per week
Tri-state area preferred for in-person capabilities, but will consider remote work options.
