JOB SUMMARY: This is a professional position in Department of Revenue’s Training and Professional Development business process. The position is one of three instructional designers responsible for developing and designing enterprise-wide training. The incumbent will co-lead the design and development of instructionally sound, engaging, and accessible training courses and related materials within a team environment, develop and execute comprehensive project and communication plans, facilitate and deliver training, and develop training evaluations.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Two years’ experience writing and designing training courses for adult (or high school) learners for delivery in classrooms, online, webinar or other channels or platforms.
- Two years’ experience planning and managing instructional design projects.
- One year experience delivering content to a live audience in a classroom or virtual setting.
PREFERENCES:
- Two or more years’ experience developing eLearning with design software such as Articulate 3/360 or Captivate.
- One year of experience administering or assisting with administration of a Learning Management System.
- One year of experience developing workplace communications.
SPECIAL NOTES:
- This is not a telework position.
- This is an anticipated vacancy.
SALARY: $54,000.00 - $57,000.00
