Samba TV is looking for the best and the brightest to join our team. The Associate Programmatic Consultant role is an exciting opportunity to grow your skillsets at the cutting edge of the CTV and programmatic landscape. In this position, you will aid in providing technical support for our programmatic customers and work cross-functionally with internal teams to maximize the impact and value of our PMP and Data products. We move fast, and the ideal candidate must be willing to constantly adapt to new situations and challenges.
Requirements: must live within 50 miles of a Samba Office in NYC, LA, CHI, or SF. Required in office 3 days a week (Tuesday-Thursday).
Responsibilities
- Partner with Sales and Client Success teams for the full life cycle of programmatic campaigns (planning/strategy, activation/troubleshooting, consultation/renewal).
- Analyze internal and client reports to provide tailored performance recommendations to our customers according to their preferred platforms, budgets, and KPIs.
- Become an expert of our product offerings, proprietary tools, SSPs, and DMPs.
- Identify pain points/workflow inefficiencies and escalate these to the broader team.
- Onboard new publisher integrations, ensuring data pass back, traffic quality, and scale.
- Work cross-functionally with product, research, data, finance, and sales operations to improve the programmatic workflow and customer engagement.
- Contribute to training material and documentation for both internal and customer-facing users.
- Manage monthly revenue reconciliation.
Minimum Requirements
- 1+ years of digital operations experience (ad ops/data ops/technical account management/programmatic solutions consultant).
- DSP experience is preferred (The Trade Desk DV360, Amazon DSP, MediaMath, OneView, Xandr Invest, Yahoo!, Amobee, Adelphic, etc).
- DMP experience is preferred (Liveramp, Lotame, Adform, etc).
- SSP experience is preferred (Xandr Curate, PubMatic, Freewheel, SpotX, Magnite, Springserve, etc).
- Project management tool experience is preferred (Jira, Asana, Trello, etc).
- Salesforce experience is preferred.
- Proficient in Excel (sumifs, index match, pivot tables, vlookups, etc); SQL is a plus.
- Keen understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem.
- Problem solver at heart with strong project and time management skills.
- Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- BA/BS with industry emphasis or related experience.
$75,000 - $85,000 a year
Samba TV expects to offer a base salary between $75,000 - $85,000 USD per year for roles to be performed in New York City or California; actual base salary offered will depend on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. Base salary is just one component of Samba TV’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include bonuses, short-term incentives and long-term incentives. In addition, Samba provides health insurance, wellness offerings, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and paid time off (PTO), and other employee benefits.
