How you’ll make an impact: As the Advisory Services Manager at Strata, you will play a crucial role in developing and deploying Advisory Services to support our customer's Labor Productivity. This position requires a strong understanding of hospital operations, labor management, excellent project management skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with customers and internal teams. In this role, you will:
- Facilitate the delivery of Advisory Services to support biweekly, daily, and real-time labor productivity. This includes the development and documentation of best practices for labor productivity processes.
- Define the scope of engagement based on customer's unique needs, priorities, timeline, resource capacity, and complexity.
- Deliver clear and concise recommendations and action plans related to productivity and labor management to various levels of the customer organization, from C-Suite to VPs, directors, and managers.
- Coordinate logistics (timing, resources, meetings) of engagements with customers as well as internal Strata resources.
- Build internal and external presentations to outline plan, progress, and outcomes.
- Execute service projects by: data gathering, user interviews, process flow documentation and design, communications, and rollout.
- Help our customers to optimize hospital operations through the effective use of StrataJazz software, identifying opportunities to streamline processes and improve resource allocation.
- Communicate product updates, best practices, and industry trends to customers and internal stakeholders.
What we’re looking for:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare finance, operations management, process improvement.
- Demonstration of a strong interest in providing a world-class level of customer service.
- Expertise in translating strategic imperatives to tactical work plans and outputs.
- Experience building new processes or products.
- An understanding of labor productivity and experience with associated productivity and benchmarking software.
